Tengo un problema con el lanzador: ABRIR ROYALBOT. ROYALBOT ESTÁ ABIERTO.

PARA VERIFICAR LA ACTUALIZACIÓN DEBE CERRARLO

Ya reinstalé CC + 2015 y eliminé el directorio y lo instalé nuevamente, todavía no funciona, ¿me pueden ayudar con este problema?
